2025-2026 Team Tryouts are NOW OPEN!

The first tryout for the 2025 - 2026 volleyball season will be held the weekend of September 6 & 7 in Kemptville at W.B George Centre. Additional tryout dates will follow the week of September 8th - 12th in the areas of Smiths Falls, Perth, or Carleton Place.

Official dates and times are TBA pending gym time reservation and approval, which opens at the end of August. All information will be sent via email to registered athletes at the start of September.

Tryout Fee: LUVC will be charging a $40 tryout fee. This fee is payable at the first tryout via cash or Square reader (debit/credit). Please do not send an e-transfer at this time.

MRS Registration: All athletes must be registered as a tryout player (no cost) with the OVA’s MRS system, which opens September 1, 2025. Unregistered athletes are not permitted to enter the gym.

This season, we are planning to run the following age levels.
Where possible, we will run two teams per level.

All teams are dependent on having qualified coaches willing to share their time and expertise. We are still looking to onboard coaches for the 2025 - 2026 season to offer a full slate of programming. Not all the below teams are guaranteed to run.

Girls u16 (born Sept. 1, 2009 - Dec. 31, 2010)
Girls u17 (born Sept. 1, 2008 - Dec. 31, 2009)
Girls u18 (born Sept. 1, 2007 - Dec. 31, 2008)

Junior Teams

Girls 6v6 u12/u13 (born Sept. 1, 2012 - Dec. 31, 2013
Girls TLS u14 (born Sept. 1, 2011 - Dec. 31, 2012)
Girls u15 (born Sept. 1, 2010 - Dec. 31, 2011)
Boys u14/15 (born Sept 1, 2010 - Dec. 31, 2012)

New Club Partnership!

Lanark United Volleyball Club would like to announce it's official partnership with Built to Perform as our official service provider for sports nutrition services and counseling.

As part of this partnership, Built to Perform will be offering:

-Priority booking for athletes and their immediate family.

-A 10% discount on services provided to club athletes and their immediate family.

-Education sessions for athletes, parents and coaches this season.

Lanark United Volleyball Club is happy to welcome back ProActive Athletic Therapy as an official partner for its 2nd season with us!

ProActive Athletic Therapy will be the official injury and concussion rehabilitation and management clinic for LUVC, providing Athletic Therapy services to ALL team members.

As part of the partnership, ProActive will be offering:

- Priority Athletic Therapy appointments within 1 to 2 business days of request with one of their clinical team Athletic Therapists.

- A carefully prescribed easy to follow injury prevention exercise plan for volleyball players (which includes some videos for examples) to share with all the LUVC athletes.

- Create, implement and manage a sport specific comprehensive injury rehabilitation and recovery plan for all LUVC members’ injuries.

-A free educational session for all LUVC coaches around injury prevention and management, plus concussion education.
