Lanark United Volleyball Club would like to announce it's official partnership with Built to Perform as our official service provider for sports nutrition services and counseling. 

As part of this partnership, Built to Perform will be offering:

- Priority booking for athletes and their immediate family.

- A 10% discount on services provided to club athletes and their immediate family.

- Education sessions for athletes, parents and coaches this season.

Lanark United Volleyball Club is happy to welcome back ProActive Athletic Therapy as an official partner for its 2nd season with us!

ProActive Athletic Therapy will be the official injury and concussion rehabilitation and management clinic for LUVC, providing Athletic Therapy services to ALL team members.

As part of the partnership, ProActive will be offering:

- Priority Athletic Therapy appointments within 1 to 2 business days of request with one of their clinical team Athletic Therapists.

- A carefully prescribed easy to follow injury prevention exercise plan for volleyball players (which includes some videos for examples) to share with all the LUVC athletes.

- Create, implement and manage a sport specific comprehensive injury rehabilitation and recovery plan for all LUVC members’ injuries.

- A free educational session for all LUVC coaches around injury prevention and management, plus concussion education.
